Flight logs place Virginia Roberts on an Epstein aircraft transiting London in March 2001 - the same month she alleges the first sexual encounter with Andrew at Maxwell's London home. The DOJ formally requested Andrew's interview via MLAT in April 2020; his counsel declined, and the request was never fulfilled. Andrew settled Giuffre's civil lawsuit in February 2022 without admission of wrongdoing; on Oct 17, 2025 he said he would stop using the Duke of York title, and on Oct 30, 2025 Buckingham Palace announced a formal process to remove remaining styles/titles and served notice to surrender the Royal Lodge lease.
