¶ SUMMARY
This dossier maps the post-conviction domestic infrastructure that maintained Jeffrey Epstein's multi-property household from 2012 through his July 2019 arrest. Drawing from 8,304 emails in Karyna Shuliak's jmail account, 39,136 emails in Lesley Groff's jmail account, 1,323 DugganUSA documents referencing Shuliak, and multiple trust instruments (the 2017 Epstein Trust and the 1953 Trust signed August 8, 2019), this investigation reveals a documented staffing and operational network that has received minimal public scrutiny.
The documentary record establishes Karyna Shuliak as the primary domestic coordinator from at least 2012 through 2019, managing property logistics, staff scheduling, cash disbursements, and vendor relationships across Epstein's New York (71st Street), New Mexico (Zorro Ranch), and US Virgin Islands (Little St James) properties. Shuliak was named the largest individual beneficiary in Epstein's 2017 Trust at $20,000,000 ($10M cash + $10M annuity). The 1953 Trust — signed two days before Epstein's death — reportedly increased this to $100,000,000 ($50M cash + $50M annuity) plus all real estate holdings. No beneficiary has received any distributions due to a creditor-priority clause subordinating all bequests to victim claims.
[V1.3 Key Developments — February 2026:] Lesley Groff was named as an FBI co-conspirator in a newly unredacted August 15, 2019 FBI document (unveiled February 10, 2026). Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn face House Oversight Committee subpoena testimony (March 5 and February 25, 2026 respectively) — a Senate letter revealed the FBI never questioned either individual in any criminal investigation. The Butterfly Trust's offshore anatomy has been mapped: CARDOON FINANCE S.A. links to EL PORTADOR bearer share entities in Panama. Nine distinct Epstein trust structures have been identified in the documentary record. The estate has been depleted from approximately $630 million to $120–150 million, and the 1953 Trust allocated $50 million to Indyke and $25 million to Kahn as beneficiaries — individuals who also serve as co-executors controlling distributions. Columbia University acknowledged Shuliak was admitted through an "irregular" admissions process connected to Epstein (February 11, 2026).
A separate 12-email "beef jerky" thread (September 2012–June 2016) documents a domestic food preparation network involving Shuliak, Rachael Bova (assistant to Steve Bastone), and a redacted individual whose first name appears to be Francis. DugganUSA records confirm Shuliak as the sender of the July 2013 email to Zorro Ranch, resolving a prior redaction ambiguity. The weight of evidence — including a September 2012 request for nutritional testing of "his beef jerky" — favors literal beef jerky over code language. The investigative value lies not in the food itself but in the household personnel network it reveals.
