This dossier is a data-dense technical analysis of Epstein's UK travel infrastructure, centered on London Luton as an aviation gateway and expanded to other UK airfields. It draws from (1) the Heystack flight database, (2) House Oversight flight logs as extracted from data/jmail/flights.json, (3) CBP TECS border records, (4) the black book UK contact cluster, and (5) select operational emails (DugganUSA/jmail) that reference Luton handling, customs, and routing.
Key counts: Heystack EGGW (Luton) includes 105 passenger-rows across 33 distinct legs (1997-2006), plus 10 additional non-EGGW UK legs. The House Oversight flight-log extraction contains 65 UK-linked entries (2006-2018), including 47 LTN legs.
NEW in v1.3: (a) corrects the EGGW passenger-frequency and route-count math; (b) adds the full set of UK-linked Heystack legs beyond EGGW (EGAA/EGBB/EGYM/EGSH/EGHL/EGSS), including the Norfolk chain (RAF Marham -> Norwich -> transatlantic); (c) adds UK-linked House Oversight flight-log entries that extend the Luton corridor beyond July 2006 into 2010, 2012, and 2018; (d) expands the FlightAware alert set for the Jan 2018 N120JE Luton/Le Bourget corridor; and (e) corrects the prior v1.2 "NULL RESULT" that stated Prince Andrew never appears on any flight manifest (he does not appear on any EGGW manifest in Heystack, but he is listed on an LTN-coded UK leg in the House Oversight flight-log extraction, and also appears on a non-UK Heystack leg).
NEW in v1.4: expands the House Oversight UK flight-log extraction to surface the full 2006 LTN cluster (45 UK-linked rows in 2006 alone) including named co-passengers on the Feb/Mar 2006 JFK<->LTN corridor and the Aug 2006 LTN leisure legs (Ibiza, Toulon). It also adds a FOIA crosswalk showing Oversight entries likely correspond to multiple Heystack FOIA-only EGGW legs, and adds in-corpus TECS Person Encounter List PDF anchors for the 2000 BA Heathrow legs.
NEW in v1.5: identifies additional same-date House Oversight flight-log rows on July 18, 2006 (tail N908JE) that list Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and likely correspond to the Heystack FOIA-only EGGW -> LFPB leg (Flight #4123), but are recorded with airport-code OCR artifacts (e.g., "Elko WY" / "LFB"). These rows also appear as distinct Flight nodes in the local Neo4j graph (source_dataset=jmail-flights). This update adds the source files to the appendix and reframes the remaining gap as "original scan confirmation" rather than "missing manifest."
NEW in v1.6: reconciles Heystack EGGW leg counts between the heystack CSV and Neo4j (Neo4j imports two duplicate FOIA-001 Flight nodes for the Nov 2001 LIML -> EGGW and EGGW -> HPN legs; deduped by date+tail+route, the set remains 33 legs). It also adds more detail on the July 18, 2006 OCR artifact cluster (airport codes and passenger-name variants; notes/crew fields) and adds additional in-corpus TECS Person Encounter List PDF corroboration for Maxwell LTN APIS lines (EFTA00010083, EFTA01263213).
NEW in v1.7: extracts the full notes field for the Sep 1, 2006 LTN -> EGPH "Prince Andrew" row across four Oversight source files, which explicitly state "Jeffrey Epstein NOT ON BOARD" and show the third passenger name as CRASNASKY (3/4 copies) vs CRASMASKY (1/4). It also adds the immediate next-day continuation leg (Edinburgh -> Gander -> Teterboro) listing Maxwell with the same "NOT ON BOARD" note, clarifies that "Roger ?" appears across 15 Heystack legs (11 in March 2001), and clarifies the TECS date-field mismatch for the "British (F-1) film student" inspection remark (remarks timestamp vs entry/inspection date fields).
