Where v2.0 documented "documentary silence" — six of seven Page 68 Israeli contacts having zero independent corpus presence — v3.0 maps a far larger Israeli network that was extensively documented but invisible within the narrow Page 68 lens. The deep mining of 70,023 jmail emails reveals that Epstein maintained a permanent Tel Aviv residence (confirmed March 2019 email), conducted 28+ Tel Aviv travel coordination threads spanning 2007-2019, invested in Israeli surveillance technology through Carbyne/Reporty with 100+ documented emails, maintained a previously undocumented major Israeli contact in Benny Shabtai (52+ jmail matches, 2010-2017), and brokered geopolitical deals involving Israeli military equipment, Russia-Syria backchannels, and UAE-Israel meetings.
The 2024-2026 DOJ releases revealed that Yoni Koren, an Israeli AMAN (military intelligence) officer, stayed at Epstein's Manhattan apartment on at least three occasions while serving as Barak's senior aide — establishing direct Israeli military intelligence presence in Epstein's operational environment. An October 2020 FBI field office memo documented an informant claiming Epstein was a "co-opted Mossad Agent" trained under Barak, though the informant was subsequently identified as a discredited source. Epstein served as de facto CFO of the Wexner Foundation (2005-2008), which donated $128 million+ to Jewish and Israeli causes.
