Gates and Dr. Boris Nikolic, detailing a $100M potential investment partnership dissolved Sep 3, 2013, with a $2.5M non-refundable advance, Foundation Medicine ($10M) and ResearchGate ($10M) investments, and an extraordinary indemnification clause protecting Nikolic from claims by "Melinda F. Gates."
EFTA02586819 (Aug 16, 2014): Epstein emailed Nikolic: "if you can have the same financail positon but not be subj=ct to the whim, his demise, or melinda interferring, the sooner the =etter." This confirms Epstein was engineering Nikolic's financial independence from Gates.

eGenesis business plan extracted: EFTA02717340 (Nov 2, 2014) -- Luhan Yang sent Epstein via Groff the eGenesis Business Plan, offering $1.5M investment as convertible note (15% discount, 8% interest) OR $15M pre-money for 9.09% preferred share. eGenesis's mission: "deliver human transplantable organ by engineering animals." Nikolic later evaluated this at $5-7M (EFTA01743725, Dec 30, 2015), calling Church's $27M ask "totally crazy."
Collardi timeline reveals deal mediation: 55 emails (Dec 2016 - Nov 2017) show Epstein mediating a corporate transaction involving Collardi. Peak activity Apr-Sep 2017. Rod-Larsen/IPI Gates pipeline confirmed: EFTA01754172 (Nov 1, 2013) -- Rod-Larsen forwarded Epstein "$1.25m from Gates received" as "first installment of its $2.5 million in general operating support." Leon Black also donated to IPI one day after the Church Genomics Fund (Dec 19, 2014, EFTA01106931). IPI hosted "Preparing for Pandemics" events.
v4.0 (231 queries, 1,885 rows, 12 tiers) is the master detective pass, targeting 25+ documented leads never incorporated from prior versions:
"Make bill your bitch" full text recovered (EFTA02378467, Apr 7, 2013): The 38-star email is a 4-message Epstein-Nikolic banter chain triggered by Sam Jaradeh forwarding a photo with Kate Moss from Sao Paulo. Epstein's instruction "Make bill your bitch" follows Nikolic's report of following Epstein's "advice." Nikolic retorts: "I think you are my bitch =)." The "bill" reference remains ambiguous -- banter or Gates directive.
IPI $5M "available for actionable items" (EFTA02520689, Apr 23, 2013): Epstein instructs Andrea Pfanzelter and Terje Rod-Larsen: "andrea should tell him that IPI would accept 5 million as a donation and then be available for actionable items." This is the clearest quid-pro-quo articulation in the corpus -- donations buy "actionable items," i.e., diplomatic/policy influence.
$5M wire confirmed as "advance" (EFTA00872672, Sep 18, 2013): Nikolic to Larry Cohen (Gates's financial representative), CC Epstein: "I see wire transfer for 5M advance just started showing (processing). THANK YOU Boris." Cohen: "Confirming - Wire is going today." The wire was an advance, not a donation.
Gates smoking gun email (EFTA00649520, Aug 29, 2013): Bill Gates, Boris Nikolic, Larry Cohen, and Jeffrey Epstein on the same email thread.
