Drawing from over 80 primary documents across 45 fulltext queries, 17 deep reads, and 80 Church graph relationships, the investigation traces nine distinct operational threads: (A) the procurement of consumer DNA kits and forensic collection technology; (B) the named and unnamed individuals whose DNA samples appear in records; (C) the Harvard Medical School pipeline connecting George Church, Joseph Thakuria, and the Personal Genome Project; (D) the USVI data destination where Southern Trust Company's EDC certificate was amended to include "extensive DNA database" and "biomedical informatics"; (E) the data storage layer including Catalog (synthetic DNA storage), BGI (Chinese state-linked genomics), and deCODE Genetics (Icelandic population genomics); (F) the FedEx distribution network shipping packages to Canadian billionaires and European contacts; (G) forensic and CRISPR laboratory connections; (H) the Israeli regulatory context restricting direct-to-consumer DNA testing; and (I) leverage-adjacent contacts including James Watson (Nobel laureate and DNA co-discoverer) and the Bill Gates blackmail thread.
The documents establish that Epstein funded personal genome sequencing deliberately structured to avoid medical records, maintained fibroblast cell lines frozen in liquid nitrogen at Boston Children's Hospital, procured consumer DNA kits charged to his American Express for distribution to contacts in Dubai, Geneva, Cambridge, and New York, paid $30,000 to Novamente LLC for machine learning on gene expression data destined for USVI servers, maintained sustained correspondence with George Church spanning 79 emails from at least February 2008, brokered the introduction between his DNA storage contact (Drokova/Catalog) and his DNA AI contractor (Goertzel/Novamente), possessed documents on human germline genetic editing targeting zygotes and sperm, and probed the gap between state and federal DNA databases after discovering the FBI did not have his DNA on file. The documents do NOT establish the purpose of this infrastructure, whether DNA was collected without consent, or whether collected genetic data was used for leverage, blackmail, or intelligence purposes. No criminal charges related to unauthorized DNA collection have been filed against any person named in this dossier.
[V2.0 EXPANSION]: Version 2.0 adds ~100 new EFTA documents from systematic mining (45 queries, 9 phases, 17 deep reads), expanding the source base from 45 to 80+ primary documents. [V2.1 EXPANSION]: Version 2.1 adds web-corroborated findings on the Bode Technology corporate ownership chain, revealing that Bode was acquired in 2007 by GlobalOptions Group (OTCBB: GLOI) -- a company whose advisory board included former CIA Director R. James Woolsey, former FBI/CIA Director William H. Webster (the only person to hold both positions), former FBI Director William S. Sessions, and former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Wesley Clark. GlobalOptions was explicitly conceived as a "private CIA." This places a leading forensic DNA collection firm under the control of a private intelligence company during the 2007-2014 period. V2.1 also adds the US "abandoned DNA" legal doctrine, FedEx UN 3373 biological shipping regulations, and a five-jurisdiction comparison of covert DNA collection legality (US, UK, Israel, Switzerland, UAE).
[V3.0 EXPANSION -- THE BODE DEEP INVESTIGATION]: Version 3.0 represents a comprehensive deep mining investigation of the Bode Technology/GlobalOptions/David Mitchell thread, combining 40+ targeted graph queries, 10 deep reads of primary documents, and parallel web research on all named actors. The investigation reveals that the Mitchell-Epstein relationship was not a casual deal pitch but a sustained financial partnership spanning 2010-2019, with Mitchell flying on Epstein's aircraft (N909JE), routing $500,000 through Epstein shell entities, and maintaining a $1.1M reimbursable expense balance. The GLOI/Bode acquisition was a coordinated covert stock accumulation scheme -- Mitchell's reaction to the poison pill ("somebody spilled the beans, better to wait and see") confirms he and Epstein were quietly buying shares before the board detected the threat. The investigation also surfaces two critical convergence points: (1) General Wesley Clark, a GlobalOptions advisory board member, had a direct relationship with Epstein involving Palm Beach meetings and "his guys from DC" -- Groff characterized Clark as "trying to extract money from JE"; and (2) Howard Safir, who oversaw Bode operations as a GlobalOptions principal and later CEO, co-chaired D.A.R.E. benefit events that repeatedly sent invitations to Epstein's personal email (jeevacation@gmail.com) from 2013 through 2016.
