This dossier documents Jeffrey Epstein's connections to Peru through eight distinct evidentiary threads drawn from DOJ DataSet 8 (10,593 documents with improperly redacted content extracted), the jmail email archive (70,023 emails searched), the Epstein Black Book, ICIJ Panama Papers, House Oversight documents (31 files with Peru references), FBI files, PACER bankruptcy filings, and open-source intelligence. The investigation reveals that multiple Epstein associates — including former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Dubai ports magnate Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss, and Peruvian businessman Juan Esteban Ganoza Temple — had documented Peru connections that intersected with Epstein's communication network.
The central finding is a February–March 2002 email chain (EFTA00011437–11441) in which Ghislaine Maxwell coordinated a Peru visit for "The Invisible Man" — identified as Prince Andrew, Duke of York, through his Black Book entry (page 16: Buckingham Palace, aace@dial.pipex.com). The emails contain explicit procurement language: Ganoza asked about the visitor's age in the context of arranging "girls," while Maxwell instructed him to arrange "2 legged sight seeing (read intelligent pretty fun and from good families)" with emphasis on discretion. Prince Andrew's six-day official Peru visit in March 2002 is independently documented. A separate thread reveals bin Sulayem meeting with the Peruvian Prime Minister and Deputy President in Lima in late 2016, communicated directly to Epstein's office. The Ganoza family appears in the ICIJ Panama Papers as officers of offshore entities through Mossack Fonseca. Additionally, a July 2006 email in which Epstein asked Maxwell "is lima comig?" likely refers to Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima, who appears in Epstein's contact book and PACER bankruptcy filings.
Despite these connections, zero flights to Peru appear in 5,000+ Epstein flight records, zero financial transactions linked to Peru have been identified, and zero offshore entities with Peruvian jurisdiction exist in the known corpus beyond the Ganoza-linked Panama Papers structures. The evidentiary picture centers on coordinated procurement, political access, and social-network connectivity rather than documented financial operations extending to Peru.

Who is "Lima"? — Status: PARTIALLY RESOLVED — Deep-dive analysis of the July 3–9, 2006 email sequence establishes "Lima" as most likely a Brazilian woman from the Ana Maria Macedo procurement network whose surname is Lima — the same "Adriana" Epstein asked Macedo about on July 3 and whose picture appeared with "Josi" on July 8. Whether this is specifically the supermodel Adriana Lima (who appears in Epstein's contact book, described as "Victoria's Secret model. No allegations") or another Brazilian woman with the extremely common surname Lima cannot be determined from available evidence. The Macedo network is newly identified: she had a guest unit (3F) at Epstein's model apartment building (301 East 66th St) and received a below-market Sao Paulo apartment from Epstein.
What was the "invite list" for Peru? — Status: RESOLVED — The invite list was for the Origins Project 10th Anniversary at the Boulders Resort, Scottsdale, AZ (April 5–9, 2018). Krauss sent "origins 10th anniversary list so far" on Dec 8, 2017 (EFTA02550445) and followed up Jan 15, 2018: "what do you think of the invite list" (EFTA02537936). The following searches were conducted and returned zero results, which is analytically significant:
Flight logs: Search of 5,000+ flight records across 12 files (1995–2015) for Peru airport codes (LIM, CUZ, AQP, PIU, SPJC) and text ("Peru," "Lima," "Cusco") returned zero hits. The only South American destination in Epstein's flight logs is São Paulo, Brazil (2 trips: April 2003, December 2006). No connecting flights to Peru were documented.
Financial transactions: No FinancialTransaction nodes with Peru or Lima references exist in the Neo4j knowledge graph (3.1M+ nodes searched).
Offshore entities: No OffshoreEntity nodes with Peruvian jurisdiction exist in the Neo4j graph. However, the ICIJ Panama Papers (not yet fully integrated into Neo4j) reveal Ganoza family members as officers of Mossack Fonseca entities registered in other jurisdictions (Panama, BVI) with Peruvian officers. A Neo4j search for "Peru" in offshore entities returned 50 results, but analysis confirmed all were false positives (substrings: PERUGIA, KILIMANJARO, SHALIMAR, CLIMATEMP).
Black Book density: Only one Black Book entry (Ganoza) has a Peruvian address, compared to dozens for UK, France, and US contacts. The Duke of York entry (p.16) connects to Peru through the email chain but lists UK addresses. Peru is not a dense network node.
Victim testimony: No Peruvian victims have been identified in any released court documents, FBI files, or victim statements in the known corpus.
"Lima" as registered person: The jmail system (70,023 emails) does not register "Lima" as a person name in any email sender or recipient field.

Lawrence Krauss deep dive: Analysis of 1,539 Krauss emails resolved the "invite list" as Origins 10th Anniversary (Scottsdale, not Peru), identified "Caret Petitions" as OCR corruption of "Care2 Petitions," and documented Epstein's crisis-management coaching during the BuzzFeed sexual misconduct investigation — all occurring simultaneously with the Peru trip.
Sultan bin Sulayem deep dive: Full reconstruction of Nov–Dec 2016 thread (1,085 total bin Sulayem emails) established the Peru meetings within a sequence including Boston/Harvard visits, Joi Ito dinners, Tom Pritzker meetings, island plans, and Vietnam presidential meetings.
