The exact phrase "Skull and Bones" returns 0 hits across all search surfaces. GOY-13 Open Question #20 is resolved: there is no systematic redaction of Skull and Bones references.
v1.1 expands the investigation with 142 additional queries across 10 tiers (911 rows, 7 nulls, 43s), incorporating 14 high-value EFTAs discovered by analysis agents during v1.0 that were never incorporated into the dossier.
