How did a convicted sex offender repeatedly access Canada between 2001-2018? This document combines immigration records, procurement evidence (Grade C), enforcement failure, and the Nygard parallel to answer one question: did Canada have an institutional problem, not just an Epstein problem?
V7.0 upgrade: Deep mining of 6,997 data rows across 230 query groups yields explosive new detail across four fronts: (1) the complete Austin Hill email chain — including the full "pretty girls" exchange, Ellaina Astra visiting Little St. James ("she was with us at little st james"), a $75,000 retainer invoice to Bank of Montreal that Epstein rejected ("no"), an infosec email where Hill explicitly acknowledged Epstein's "history of having files discovered in investigations," encrypted "Yo Plato" video chat proposing surveillance evasion, and Gates Foundation blockchain discussions; (2) a newly discovered 6th planned Canada trip (July 2016 Montreal) where Visoski confirmed preclearance was unavailable for private aircraft, plus plans to bring a Russian national requiring a Canadian visa; (3) a December 2015 TED Conference Fairmont booking predating the 2018 TED planning by two years, with explicit name concealment instruction involving Bella Klein and Richard Kahn, plus "fake ticket" documentation for a woman's visa application; (4) the complete DOJ MLAT letter (EFTA00022062, 30,000 chars) requesting Prince Andrew's interview regarding both Nygard and Epstein investigations simultaneously. The "Always a table for JE!!" sender is identified as comedian Bobby Slayton ("The Nasty Show," Montreal).
V8.0 upgrade: Second-pass mining of 5,995 data rows across 194 query groups closes nine explosive gaps from v7.0: (1) Francesca Hall identified as Austin Hill's sister-in-law and Blockstream's "Calendar Queen" — she wrote the "she was with us at little st james" email, placing Blockstream corporate staff on Epstein's island; (2) April 8, 2014 FULL SCHEDULE (EFTA02109200) reveals 10 appointments in a single day including "the girl Darren would like to hire" at 3:30pm, Austin Hill + Ellaina Astra at 11am, Leon Black at lunch, Andres Serrano at 12:30, Josh Ramo at 5pm, departure for LSJ at 7pm; (3) "Sneaky" = codename for a woman deceiving her partner "Peter" with fake tickets and an interior design cover story to visit Epstein from Puerto Rico (Jan 2015), who later sent Canadian citizenship information to Epstein (Mar 2019); (4) Bobby Slayton LIVED at 9 East 71st for his birthday (May 24-31, 2017, with girlfriend) plus 30 JmailEmails document a pattern of regular stays from 2012-2018; (5) Epstein confirmed "of course" to Blythe Masters introduction (EFTA02506580); (6) Nathan Myhrvold = "Nathan M." confirmed — former Microsoft CTO, Intellectual Ventures founder, in Epstein's contact book; (7) appear.in encrypted platform found in 19 documents across the corpus; (8) Francesca Hall sought Jeffrey Katzenberg introduction through Epstein's network for Blockstream (EFTA00365689); (9) Slayton had multiple prior stays at Epstein properties including "11P" (April 2017), "8A"/"7J" (August 2015), and repeated requests for apartments.
