Sixteen EFTA documents seized from Epstein's files reveal a structured financial pipeline: funds flow from Epstein to Innovium Media Properties Corp (CVE: IN), a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, then to Seed Media Group LLC, a private media company based in New York founded by Canadian Adam Bly. The documents indicate that Epstein exercised board-level decision-making authority -- approving financing, ordering due diligence through Rich Kahn (HBRK Associates), and deciding the company's fate during bankruptcy discussions -- without his name appearing in any corporate document, capitalization table, or membership list. The Wexner Children's Trust II co-invests $3.36M in the same funding rounds as Innovium, and the Autorite des marches financiers of Quebec issues a cease trade order on May 5, 2011.
The documented pattern is one of shadow influence: Adam Bly emails Epstein for approval of all major decisions, Rich Kahn performs due diligence as Epstein's financial agent, and funds transit through a Canadian shell company listed on a stock exchange to reach an American private company. An FBI document (HOUSE_OVERSIGHT_021434) confirms: "Epstein is an owner of Seed Media Group."
The in-depth investigation (v2.0) reveals additional connections of major significance: the complete board of directors of Seed Media Group included Ghislaine Maxwell alongside two managing partners of the Walnut Group of Cincinnati (James M. Gould and Frederic H. Mayerson), who served together circa 2007--2008. Investors include Mercury Trade International Ltd, a Paradise Papers entity incorporated in the Bahamas in 1977, the David B. Peterson Trust (son of the Blackstone co-founder), and Hauser Davis Tysoe LLC whose principal Ronald W. Tysoe was vice-chairman of Federated Department Stores (Macy's). Joys Omnimedia Corporation holds all 5 million common shares -- not merely an investor, but the founding entity controlling all voting rights.
[v3.0] Neo4j Deep Mining (42 phases, 292 query groups, 6,262 data rows): The v3.0 investigation marks the first systematic mining of the $GIF Neo4j knowledge graph (5.37M nodes, 4.96M relationships) for LSJ-09 entities. Key breakthroughs: (1) EFTA00730006 is now fully readable (18,824 chars), yielding the complete cap table and member list -- previously believed to be a non-OCR scan; (2) the $4M 12% secured extension notes holder is attributed to Epstein with high confidence based on a convergent evidence chain (matching 12% interest rate, private arrangement language, extension requests, explicit Innovium exclusion); (3) Joys Omnimedia Corporation Inc. remains at absolute zero across all databases including ICIJ offshore -- it is not in the Panama Papers, Paradise Papers, or any offshore leak; (4) the Bronfman connection is downgraded from "unverified" to "single uncorroborated claim" -- no Bronfman family member appears in any Innovium/Seed document; (5) sustained Bly-Epstein contact is documented through 2014 via Lesley Groff (Epstein's assistant); (6) Ehud Barak emerges as the primary bridge person between James Gould and Epstein in the knowledge graph. Six new documents identified from batch range sweeps. Richard Kahn is scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee on February 25, 2026.
No allegation of wrongdoing is made against Adam Bly, Neil Raymond, Jamie Macintosh, Francesca von Habsburg, James Gould, Frederic Mayerson, or any other individual named in this report beyond what the documents establish.

The following absences are analytically significant:
Who controlled Joys Omnimedia Corporation? -- Holds all common shares (100% voting rights), $5.575M invested, no public footprint, same address as Seed Media. A corporate records request to the NY Division of Corporations could identify the director(s). If Epstein or an Epstein proxy controlled this entity, it would confirm direct ownership rather than the indirect influence documented in the emails.
Who holds the $4M in 12% secured extension notes? -- [v3.0] PARTIALLY RESOLVED: Attributed to Epstein with high confidence based on convergent circumstantial evidence (12% rate match, private arrangement language, extension requests, Innovium exclusion). Formal confirmation would require Epstein estate records or congressional testimony. If confirmed, this represents an additional $4M financial control mechanism via debt, separate from the equity control exercised through Innovium and Joys Omnimedia.
Did Gould and Mayerson know who was really funding Seed Media? -- Two managing partners of the Walnut Group serving on the board with Maxwell and Innovium executives. FOIA requests to the FBI/DOJ could reveal whether these individuals appear in investigative files.
Is Mercury Trade International Ltd linked to Epstein? -- Paradise Papers entity (Bahamas, 1977) investing $100K alongside the Wexner Trust. The Bahamas corporate registry could identify the beneficial owner.
What are Innovium's SEDAR+ filings? -- Prospectuses, annual reports, and insider declarations from the TSX-V could reveal the shareholding structure and related-party transactions.
Do the $3.36M from the Wexner Children's Trust II represent self-dealing? -- Epstein held power of attorney over Wexner's financial affairs. Investing trust funds in vehicles controlled by Epstein would constitute a fiduciary conflict of interest.
Did Epstein actually invest in Innovium? -- The emails document discussions and proposals, but no confirmation of a completed investment is recorded in the 16 EFTA.
Is the Raymond-Bronfman connection verifiable? -- [v3.0] DOWNGRADED: Systematic mining found zero documents connecting any specific Bronfman to Raymond. Web search confirms no public substantiation. The only source is a single email from Bly (interested party). This question is deprioritized unless new evidence emerges.
What happened to the funds after the AMF order of May 2011? -- The fate of the $37.5M in capitalization after the suspension of trading is not documented.
What is the precise link between Thomas H. Glocer (CEO Thomson Reuters) and the network? -- Glocer owns an ICIJ offshore entity (GLOCER INVESTMENTS LIMITED) and is mentioned in email EFTA00748026 regarding Seed Media funding. The exact nature of his involvement is not documented.
Is the ICIJ offshore entity WALNUT HILL MANAGEMENT linked to Wexner's Walnut Hill estate? -- The naming coincidence is noted but the relationship is not established.
Who is "Neil" on Epstein's Skype (Dec 2018, May 2019)? -- If this is Neil Raymond, it shows Innovium principals maintained contact with Epstein until his arrest. Identification requires cross-referencing Skype handle with known Raymond contact information.
What does "candidates" mean in the Groff-Bly emails (2012)? -- Multiple emails reference Bly providing or seeking "candidates" for Epstein. The context is ambiguous and could refer to job candidates, investment candidates, or other purposes. Further investigation of surrounding correspondence is warranted.
Why is Joys Omnimedia absent from ALL offshore databases? -- The ICIJ sweep (Panama Papers, Paradise Papers, Offshore Leaks) returned zero matches. This eliminates one hypothesis (foreign shell company) and suggests Joys Omnimedia is a domestic US or Canadian entity -- which should be findable in state corporate registries (NY, Delaware, Ontario).
What is the significance of the Ehud Barak bridge? -- The knowledge graph shows Barak as the dominant bridge between James Gould and Epstein (15+ edges across multiple relationship types). If the Gould node is the Walnut Group's James M. Gould, it places a Seed Media board member within 2 hops of Epstein via one of Epstein's closest documented associates.

The Innovium pipeline represents a case study of the mechanism documented in MOL-04: Epstein uses multiple corporate vehicles to separate his decision-making control from any corporate paper trail. The key difference is the use of a Canadian stock exchange (TSX Venture Exchange) as a conduit, adding an additional jurisdiction to the scheme and exploiting the lighter regulatory requirements of the TSX-V compared to American exchanges.
The v2.0 investigation strengthens cross-cutting connections:
HOUSE_OVERSIGHT documents reveal that Bly was integrated into Epstein's broader scientific network:
Adam Bly founded Seed Scientific, a data analytics firm, acquired by Spotify in June 2015. He led Spotify's Advanced Analytics unit in New York until 2017. His career trajectory indicates a deliberate departure from the Epstein era. Bly has not been the subject of any criminal charges in connection with the Epstein files.

The Innovium-Seed Media-Epstein pipeline appears to be unexplored territory in crowdsourced Epstein research. No X/Twitter posts combine "Innovium" or "Joys Omnimedia" with "Epstein." The @artisbrutal2021 thread (2023) on Seed Media is the only identified OSINT discussion. The February 2026 file releases have renewed scrutiny of the Bly/Seed nexus but have not yet reached the Innovium/TSX-V layer.
This report documents documentary connections and financial patterns. It does not constitute an allegation of criminal conduct by any named individual beyond Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and those who have been the subject of judicial decisions. The terms "shadow influence" and "pipeline" describe documentary patterns observed in seized evidence -- they do not constitute legal conclusions. All persons mentioned benefit from the presumption of innocence.
